ROTOwand™
The ROTOwand™ is a cleanroom compatible vacuum lens-handling tool, perfectly suited for the assembly, coating, or inspection of delicate optics. The wand can be manually rotated facilitating the cleaning, painting and accurate placement of optics without exposing their sensitive surfaces to fingerprints or chipping.

The ROTOwand™ is perfect for handling small and delicate optics in assembly, coating or quality assurance. A manually rotating wand easily tilts and rotates an optic to allow for cleaning, painting and accurate placement without exposing sensitive optical surfaces to fingerprints or chipping. A right angle wand is available for easier handling of optics under a microscope.
The unit includes a powerful adjustable internal vacuum pump that uses factory air or nitrogen. An internal electrical vacuum pump is available as an option for applications where air or nitrogen is not readily available.
The ROTOwand reduces cleaning and handling time considerably while eliminating hand soreness caused by using tweezers or other less suited tools. The unit accepts standard vacuum cups ranging from 1mm to 10mm.
