Guy Pearlman: President and CEO
Guy is the second generation of leadership at OATi, keeping true to his father’s legacy of providing optical solutions with pride that are backed by service.
Guy's tenure in land development, instilled core values of visioning, team-work and leadership that are essential in building a living community out of architectural plans. Guy worked closely with the state of Louisiana on rebuilding efforts post Hurricane Katrina; Assisted the government of Scotland in implementing green-community development standards, and co-authored a publication on green infrastructure techniques that are being used in communities throughout the world. As the President and CEO, Guy’s role is to ensure that Opto Alignment remains a technological leader focused on expanding photonics and metrology markets across the board and across the globe.
Jordan Hall: Vice President of Engineering
Jordan brings two decades of experience in metrology systems development to lead the technical team at OATi as Vice President of Engineering. Jordan earned his BSME and MSME from Georgia Tech, where he focused on system design and bioengineering. He holds multiple patents in the areas of metrology systems and lens design. Jordan started his career developing high-precision metrology systems for characterizing hydrogel contact lenses at CIBA Vision (now Alcon). Later, he transitioned to developing high-precision test and metrology systems for FLIR Systems (now Teledyne FLIR) with a focus on wafer-level optics and LWIR lens assemblies. Jordan joined Opto-Alignment in March of 2022. He is responsible for all aspects of engineering, including product R&D, system development, and manufacturing. His focus is developing high-performance metrology and alignment systems that enable our customers to produce high-quality products with confidence.
Chris DePriest: Vice President of Business Development
Chris has been dedicated to streamlining path-to-product in the optics industry for over two decades, working with both large and small companies to effectively achieve business growth. His extensive technical background in optical systems provides Opto-Alignment with a seamless customer interface for existing and expanding markets. Chris works actively with manufacturing and development teams across the industry to provide them with the best- options for accuracy, reliability, and cost-savings in their process.
