Quality assurance and testing

In order to achieve the highest quality assemblies, we have extensive metrology capabilities.  Our test facility includes the following equipment:

• Two 4" interferometers with a wide assortment of transmission spheres and flats for optical surface or system measurements.

• An MTF test bench configurable for finite or infinite conjugates, on-axis or off-axis systems, over a range of wavelengths.  

• A Laser ruler for vertex and air-space measurements to +/-0.0005mm

• A vacuum chamber especially for space flight systems

• Davidson autocollimator

• Additional tooling essential for any metrology lab (microscopes, calipers, micrometers, gauge sets, etc.)

In addition to the above equipment, through the years we have developed a variety of NIST traceable testing methods and equipment for unique application requirements.
