Solutions for optical cleaning

A soft, lint-free and residue-free wipe is one of the most powerful tools for cleaning optics.  OPTO-WIPES lens cleaning wipes are the only wipe designed for precision optics.  Their use will ensure your optics are the cleanest for optimum performance.

The most efficient way to use a wipe for optical cleaning, is to rotate the optic, apply the wipe to the center, and draw it straight to the edge.  The LENS HANDLER, optical preparation and handling station, has a built-in vacuum pump to hold the optic on a motorized rotating spindle so the cleaner can concentrate on the wiping pressure and angle.  The vacuum pump also supplies a pincette to transfer the optic to and from the spindle and into coating racks and assemblies with confidence.  The ROTOWAND, small optic preparation and handling station, is a similar but compact system specifically for micro-optics and uses a manually rotating wand tip.
