CalcuLens™ v2.0 is user friendly software that adds new power and convenience to the Laser Alignment and Assembly Station™ (LAS) by providing instant measurements of Total Indicated Runout (TIR).
Based on user-defined lens characteristics, CalcuLens’™ powerful ray trace algorithm provides users with the exact longitudinal reflected image locations for use with the LAS. Once the images are located, CalcuLens™ can then compute and save the TIR of the lens under test. In just a few easy steps, CalcuLens™ v2.0 produces accurate, real time TIR results.
