finished assemblies with either your parts, purchased parts, or our
own manufactured components.
We offer
complete assembly, cementing, manufacturing and testing capabilities
for your prototypes or production quantities, whether that means a
few units or a few hundred.
Our fully
integrated alignment and assembly cleanroom is fully equipped with
our own Laser Alignment and Assembly Stations
designed for assembling optical systems from 1mm to 300mm in
diameter. Utilizing our CalcuLens
alignment software, we are able to align your optical elements to
within 0.5 micron Total Indicated Runout.
